Qualifications

• Requirement

  1. Minimum 5 years in managment role/department head role in large sales volume & fast moving retail is a must
  2. Experience of setting and implementing action plans and budgets, and following up goals.
  3. Ability to prioritize and organize your work and subordinate’s to make the most efficient use of time available.
  4. Understand profit and loss and how to affect its result through departmental actions
  5. Ability to develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions quickly and take commercial decisions based on this information.
  6. Proven strong leadership and experience in developing people in the organization
  7. Strong English language skills, spoken and written. Advanced computer skills are required.
