    - Supervise and control Q.C. customer complaint team
    - Conduct customer requirements
    - Investigate cause of problems and take corrective actions
    - Minimise customer complaints
    - Other assigned tasks by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
    - Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Complaint and/or QC in Die-Casting Process
    - Knowledge of 8D Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and ISO 9000/ISO14001/TS16949
    - Good command of English and Microsoft Office
    - Able to work under pressure
