  • Job Description

    -Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
    -Supporting sales and development departments
    -Keep records & follow up of customer interactions and transactions
    -Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
    -Manage administration
    -Updating database and monthly report
    -Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
    -Perform other Ad-hoc assignments when needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor degree or above , Male or Female age 25-30 years old
    -Experience in customer service or marketing is a plus
    -Able to work independently at fast working pace
    -Good command in English and computer skill

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English
