• Managing all tasks in HR and Admin.• Recruitment activity, sourcing, selection, make appointment interview and cooperate with concern department.• Support training activity orientation new staffs.• Monitoring time record/attendant and prepare monthly report and support to do OT activities.• Prepare the employees' attendance to outsource.• Provide advisory support to employees regarding to compensation.• Payroll (Work with outsource), compensation & benefit, Visa & work permit.• Recruitment, development and training.• Responsible for controlling & managing company's car.• Responsible for managing office facilities.• Control & Support Housekeeper’s, Guard house, Canteen assignment.• Support special projects and events upon request.• Environmental Management System Implementation & Improvement (ISO14001).• Quality Management System Implementation & Improvement (ISO9001).• Implement and improvement about Environment and Safety.• Other assignments as assigned.
