Job Description
Generate and send out invoices.
Maintain accounts receivable files and records for updating.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments.
Collect data and prepare monthly sale invoice & receipt report in time line.
Other reports and jobs to be assigned from time.
Report directly to Accounting Manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
Female only, age 21-25 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
0-3 years experience in admin, Issue Invoice, Basic Account
Fresh Graduated also welcome
Good command in English,
Skill in Ms. Office, internetEnglish Level
Level 4 - Conversational Level
