Job Description
- Assist sales team members, focusing on managing schedules and distributing sales documents
- Issue all documents relating to sales and purchasing activities (main scopes of work)
- Work closely with sales team members to assess the progress of department and develop sales strategies accordingly
- Generate (and follow up on) sales quotations prepared for clients
- Negotiate terms with clients at the most agreeable cost (for both sides)
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Liaise with other departments and clients to provide service that meets client’s needs, cost and time constraints
- Generate reports on progress within department and outline any developed strategies for improvement
Qualifications
Requirement
- Female (preferred), Thai nationality, age between 24-35
- Work experience, minimum 2 years, as a sales coordinator
- Ability to communicate in English
- Salary amount depends on experience and skillsEnglish Level
