Job Description
- Responsible for providing customer service
- Correspond to customers by phone and email for request, product, complains
- Manage customer order by controlling for delivery schedule and internal system
- Coordinate cross-functional work teams such as Logistic, warehouse, planner and all related departments.
- Other related tasks as assigned

Requirement
- Male/Female, 24~32 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- Communicative English
- Experience in cusotmer service or related fields more than 1 year
- Able to use SAP systemEnglish Level
