  • Job Description

    • Managing full HR function especially human resource management ; Recruitment ,benefits ,legal or other related functions
    • Managing the HR necessary function and action plan then follow up the progressing ,Control budget and Manpower plan
    • Take care the such company activities such as 5S , manner ect. And able to evaluating staff performances
    • Develop , implement and ensure compliance with company's human resources policies and company regulations
    • Report to DM,VP and President

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 35-45 years old.
    • Bachelor's Degree in any field
    • Good command of English and MS office
    • Strong background in Labour relations and recruitment
    • Able to speak Japanese is Advantage
    • Leadership and have motivation skill
    • Good manage time of working and able to work under pressure
    • Communication and negotiation skills are requied
    • Able to understand in Japanese working style and adaptable with work
