Job Description
- To perform a variety of production functions, including operating various machines, inspection of parts produced and packaging.
- Control & Operating Slitting Line & Mini Slit
- This job is performed direction, supervise and coaching in staff
- Read and follow WI and procedures.
- The Supervisor is responsible for the verification of proper components at the work station before beginning job.
- Follow work orders to run slitting machine to job specifications
- Inspect all parts produced for defective attributes
- Have the ability to work effectively as a team member with operators
- Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with emphasis on safety
- Have the ability to work independently and cooperatively
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female age 25-35 years old
- Specialize in using slitter machine with 3-5 years experience
- 2 years junior collage
- Have experience in Coil , steel industry would be advantage
- Good command in English
- Technical skills as it relates to operating of slitter machinery
- Experience working in a fast paced, manufacturing environment
- At least 10 years of Slitting Machine experience
- Diploma of Higher
- Possess the ability to follow directions from and communicate with operator, technicians, and lead person in a professional manner
- Ability to comprehend and train to document such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in the English.English Level
