Job Description To support in payroll administration process and input data to the system.
Able to use Power Vision (Payroll Program)
To collect, check and calculate overtime records before operating on the payroll process.
To distribute Pay slip, Annual withholding income tax certificate, etc.
To establish staff personal files and provide supporting documents for new staff and ensure that employment the important documents are kept and always update.
To support on administration works and other assignments as required.
Provide accurate legal advice to management and staff emphasis on labor law, labor relations.
Welfare & Benefits : Health Insurance / Group Accident / Health Check-up /Uniform / Long Service Year, etc.- Employee Relations Employee Visit (sick)/ Activity for Employee .
Required Qualifications Thai nationality.
Female age 25-27 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human resource ,Business Administration, Law or any related fields.
At least 3 years experience in payrolls and welfare
4-5 years in working experience
Basic knowledge of Thai labor law
Computer literate (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong service attitude
