Job Description - To support in payroll administration process and input data to the system.
- Able to use Power Vision (Payroll Program)
- To collect, check and calculate overtime records before operating on the payroll process.
- To distribute Pay slip, Annual withholding income tax certificate, etc.
- To establish staff personal files and provide supporting documents for new staff and ensure that employment the important documents are kept and always update.
- To support on administration works and other assignments as required.
- Provide accurate legal advice to management and staff emphasis on labor law, labor relations.
- Welfare & Benefits: Health Insurance / Group Accident / Health Check-up /Uniform / Long Service Year, etc., Employee Relations Employee Visit (sick) / Activity for Employee.
Required Qualifications - Thai nationality.
- Female age 25-28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human resource ,Business Administration, Law or any related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in payrolls and welfare
- 4-5 years in working experience
- Basic knowledge of Thai labor law
- Computer literate (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong service attitude
