• Job Description

  Scope: Perform duties to monitor, coordinate, track and distribute domestic and international shipments and receipt of material and products, between the organization, its customers and vendors, working within the limits of standard or accepted practices.
  
  Job Description:
  1. Review shipments prepared by others to determine compliance with requirements and note and communicate discrepant or missing items.
  2. Coordinate the receipt of imported goods and materials and prepare required documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  3. Communicate shortages identified and expedite items to complete shipments and maintain schedules. Request final inspection by quality control. Package and label equipment as prescribed using specified packaging material and equipment.
  4. Perform or assist in routine routing of shipments as required. Load trucks with packaged equipment ensuring shipment is routed correctly and signed for by driver.
  5. Drive to remote warehouse location as directed in order to store or retrieve inventory items or supplies required for shipping products.
  6. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  7. Receive record, verify, segregate and deliver courier packages to designated location as required.
  8. Receive nonconforming material and related documentation. Record receipt in computer system, prepare and apply required labels, communicate status of nonconforming material to purchasing department and deliver specified items to shipping department for return to vendors as directed.
  9. Perform or assist with any departmental operations, as required or directed, to maintain work flow, operate within safe material handling limits to protect parts from damage and meet production schedules and requirements.
  10. Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules.
  
  Receiving
  
  • Physical check of all RMA cases with accessories
  • Keep all service cases in the queue and segregate Ultimate
  
  Shipments
  
  • Pick RMA shipments + Loaner, clean and pack in corrugated box nicely.
  • Take picture of all shipment ASA + RMA + Revenue and loaner before shipment.
  • Pick Accessories under ASA and pack in corrugated box.
  • Paste address on all outgoing shipments.
  
  Inventory
  
  • CSD inventory issue to Technician
  • Physical check on weekly basis for CSD / Sales.
  
  Filing
  
  • Filing of MR forms
  • Filing of all incoming shipment (RMA + Revenue)
  • Filing of shipment authorisation form
  • Filing of OCR + CI + AWB
  
  CSD + RMA Cases
  
  • To deal with freight forward for pick of the machine from their premises. (ASA Warranty)
  • To check customer’s machine delivered back after repair and loaner machine picked.
  • Prepare shipping documents for RMA cases + Loaner cases.
  • Support the service activities like final prep.
