    1. Focuses sales efforts and proactively leads a strategic account planning to meets profitable sales volume & value, generating business, develops performance objectives, project and financial targets.
    2. Seeking and initiate the new business opportunity then generate the strategy to increase sales in assigned territory by focusing in customer needs, market and competitors analysis.
    3. Managing key accounts by establishes professional relationships and maintaining long term relationship with key personal in assigned accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
    4. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of company personnel subordinators including support service, management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.

    5. Analysis market competition, situation, and writing a strategic plan in order to prepare proactive action then evaluating results and competitiveness developments of assigned account.

    6. Forecast sales in timely basis to enable operations planning to ensure the supply.

    7. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with assigned customer to generate new business for company.

    8. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction.

    9. Mentor junior / subordinate and ccontributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Must possess excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation, Closing sales skills, Client Relationship, Territory Management, and Motivation for Sales.
    2. Self-Confidence and Self –motivation.
    3. Demonstrated attitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
    4. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
    5. Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
    6. Good organisational and time management skills
    7. A professional manner
    8. Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
    9. Able to work and travel in upcountry and remote area / Flexibility.
    10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
    11. Good command in English
    12. Valid driving’s license.
    13. Bachelor’s degree in Chemicals Science, Chemicals Engineer or related field of pulp and paper.
    14. 3-5 Years experiences
