    - Responsible for inquiry from the customers (checking all information)
    - Coordinate all activities related product sample delivery and inform customers via email
    - Verify and follow up on customers' orders
    - Coordinate and follow up on material list with customers
    - Coordinate Shipment Schedule and related documents with customers
    - Translate documents from customers and distribute correct information to other departments
    - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age over 20 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in related fields
    - Able to communicate in Japanese language (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
    - Have some experiences will be an advantage
    - Good command in Microsoft Office

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
