  • Job Description

    Job Purpose

    Increase sales from business solutions segment, continuously seek opportunities and grow

    Customer revenue. Support Area Sales and through development and coaching.

    Adhere to all related policies, procedures documented.

    Key Accountabilities

    Strategy :

    Develop sales strategy for business solutions customers.

    Ensure customer channel migration in accordance with channel strategy and seek for opportunities for migration of customers to higher segments.

    Team Management:

    Set performance targets for area sales.

    Participate in and support/coach critical sales activities of team

    Monitor overall sales performance (sales performance, visitations, potential/prospect and KPI.

    Planning and Interaction with customers:



    Drive customers to use cost effective service channels.

    Develop strong relations with decision makers on customer side.

    Regularly visit selected customers, especially those that have potential and may migrate into higher segments.

    Bring leads to be qualified and generate more business.

    KPI:

    GP targets

    No. of customers upgraded to higher customer tier.

    Customer acquisition cost.

    Job requirements:

    Male or female. Thai Nationality.

    More years experiences are needed.

    Bachelor degree.

    English proficiency and fluently in reading, writing and speaking.

    Computer proficiency: MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

    Knowledge of sales in express and freight is an advantage.

    Understanding specific business solutions customers.

    Strong sales capabilities.

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, Thai Nationality, age 30 - 45 years old.
    - Bachelor’s Degree in any related feild
    - Minimum 5-10 year experience.
    - English spoken and written.
    - Excel skills, MS Office skills.
