Job Description - Initiate and develop marketing strategies
- Be able to conduct the market survey if necessary
- Create a social media calendar and manage content for the selected channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Work with internal teams to conceptualize and develop effective digital marketing ideas/campaigns
- Work closely with the store managers on the marketing materials and support their requirements, including store promotions, signage and marketing collateral
- Coordinate with PR agencies to accomplish activities, materials, media plans, images, etc.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Implement marketing plans effectively to meet or expand monthly sales & marketing target
- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
- Develop, lead and execute new concepts, business models and channels to position business as innovator and leader
Required Qualifications - Thai nationality, male only, age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration only
- Directed marketing experience in fashion retail or related industry would be advantageous
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Japanese would be advantageous
- Good computer literacy
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, creativity and proactive
- Work experiences in Fashion Retail (not prefer FMCG)
