    1.To manage engineering and production to archive company’s goal.
    2.Productivity improvement and Yield improvement.
    3.To setup manufacturing system and control especially SPC control and provide data to customer. 4.Predictive and preventive maintenance, spare part control and budget for engineering and production MC. 5.New product implementation and first article. Prototype build.
    6.Provide corrective action and preventive action to customer in case of any complain from customer.
    7.To improve skill and knowledge of all subordinate.
    8.Production planning and production schedule.
    9.Improvement process and control
    10.International standard implementation.
    11.Problem solving and failure analysis
    12.Cost saving.
    13.Manpower and budget control.
    14.New M/C setup
    15.Production capability analysis , M/C capability analysis.
    16.ISO14001

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor Degree Related
    - MALE ONLY.
    - 38 - 45 years old
    -Good command in English

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
