  • Job Description

    - Conduct legal research and update relevant law and regulations
    - Draft, review and provide comments on agreements
    - Closely monitor employees' compliance and support training sessions for compliance
    - Closely monitor compliance with AML/CTF and customers' due diligence
    - Follow up on court proceedings and other legal cases
    - Translate legal documents into assigned languages
    - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 22-26
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law
    - Work experience, minimum 2-4 years, in leasing business or finance business, reviewing leasing agreements and/or lending agreements or other financial agreements
    - Work experience in leasing business will be an advantage
    - Extraordinary membership of Thai Bar Association and/or attorney-at-law license
    - Outstanding proficiency in English (TU-GET or CU-TEP score is required)
    - Good time management and multi-tasking skills
    - Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
