• Job Description

  -Responsible for the development and implementation of HRM Strategy
  -Lead and guide HR team for daily HR operational issues which include manpower planning, recruitment, people development, and compensation
  -Implement compensation and benefit policies. Administering all staff activities (offer letter, contract, discipline, annual leave, promotion, reallocation, exit procedure, etc.), and ensuring that they are accurate, well prepared and followed up.
  -Update HR policies and procedures on a timely basis to ensure compliance, and meet labour law’s requirement
  -Manage and promote employee relation activities
