  • Sets up HR Strategies and Annual HR Plan according to company’s direction and vision
  • Proposes the method of HR development system and HR management plan for effective operation
  • Ensures job descriptions are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions
  • Manages organization structure, Manpower Planning, recruitment activity
  • Handles employee relations complaints and problems
  • Organizes employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits and employee promotion. to meet the responsibilities and performance of employee for effective implementation and compliance with the defined policies
  • Identifies and manage training and development needs for employees (all levels)
  • Manages PMS (performance management system) and conducts Employee performance evaluation
