  • Job Description

    - Coordinate to company’s groups to create and develop Human Management Systems for Human Capital and present to the President to ask for approval and keep following up the progress.
    - To present Resource Acquisition and Prioritization of Human Capital to be related to Business Strategy and Function Strategy of each Parent Company and PC Department. Then propose to President for approval.
    - To present Capabilities Development and Prioritization plan of Human Capital to be related to Business Strategy and Function Strategy of each Parent Company and PC Department. Then propose to President for approval.
    - Manage Planning & Resourcing, Development and Reward & Employee Relations for groups
    - Follow up and evaluate Key Risk Indicator (KRI) for Department of Risks Associated with Human Capital
    - To coordinate and present TQM Development Systems Plan of the company and other company’s groups in Human Capital to be related to business and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration (บริหารรัฐกิจ), Management of Industrial Engineering (บริหาร-วิศกรรมอุตสาหการ)
    - Process of HR Professional Certificate (ใบวิชาชีพด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล)
    - Excellent in Computer Programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Fluent in Project Management
    - At least 10 years’ experience in HRD and HRM or at least 5 years in Managing Director level
    - Understanding in Human Management (Large size with more than 500 people) and had training in Planning & Resourcing, Development, Reward & Employee Relations and have good knowledge in TQM Management
    - Knowledge in Human Resource, can manage and support the Strategic Management of group, including Sciences, Technologies and Managements
    - Smart thinking in various such as IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), SQ (Social Quotient – ทักษะทางสังคม), AQ (Adversity Quotient – ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและเผชิญกับวิกฤต) and MQ (Moral Quotient – จริยธรรมคุณธรรม)
    - Ability in Organization Management, especially in Organization Design, Culture Management, Team Management, Flexibility Management and Change Management
    - Can manage Resource and Capabilities Development as a plan and can submit EBIDA (Earnings before Interest, Depreciation, and Amortization) / Employee Benefit to have a Ratio not lower than standard targets plan.
