    *Coordinate between Thai worker and Japanese manager
    *Conduct meeting with each staff and solve their problems or improve working environment
    *Contact with Back office staff for the payroll and simple accounting tasks
    *Control all the floor of restaurant.
    *Attend at the restaurant as a waitress or kitchen for their help. (Lunch time or dinner time)
    *Other tasks to support Japanese manager

Qualifications

    *M/F, Age does not matter
    *Japanese level N2 or higher
    *English conversation level
    *Who would like to manage many restaurants as company grows, and has intention of becoming as a supervisor.
    (Planning to open many restaurant in Thailand coming few years)
