    *Marketing of store deveropment.
    *Plan to strategy of new restaurant (Location, Menu, System, Employer)
    *Report to Japanese Owner.
    *Coordinate between Thai worker and Japanese manager
    *Conduct meeting with each staff and solve their problems or improve working environment
    *Contact with Back office staff for the payroll and simple accounting tasks
    *Control all the floor of restaurant.
    *Attend at the restaurant as a waitress or kitchen for their help. (Lunch time or dinner time)
    *Other tasks to support Japanese manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *M/F, Age not over 45 years.
    *Japanese level N2 or higher.
    *Have Experience Studying abroad or Worked in Japan (over 1 year)
    *Who would like to manage many restaurants as company grows, and has intention of becoming as a owner.
    (Planning to open many restaurant in Thailand coming few years)
