  • Job Description

    - Responsible for the management of all production functions following quality management system in order to obtain customer satisfaction in quality, cost and delivery
    - Control and manage the production line (manpower, productivity, defects, measuring equipment, etc.)
    - Improve the production line to increase productivity and decrease defects
    - Enforce and implement Kaizen activity, 5S and QCC

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 34-40
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
    - Work experience, minimum 10 years, in production line of automotive manufacturing business
    - Work experience, minimum 8 years, in supervisory level in production team
    - Work experience in machining or assembly process
    - Good knowledge of production management, production techniques, equipment and/or tooling
    - Good knowledge of CNC, lean manufacturing concepts, ISO/TS 16949, Kaizen and TPM
    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    - Good command of spoken and written English
