  - Plan, develop, and responsible for Finance Strategies, including manage department’s operations to work in correct ways and on-time.

  - Plan, coordinate and manage the staffs to have a good performance
  - Manage, control, follow up and verify overall for Accounting/Financial works and subordinates to be under the policies and work honestly.
