• Job Description

  -Day to day activity of Account Payable, and Account Receivable
  -Prepare payment voucher for cheque, online banking process, and withholding tax certificate
  -Ensure timely and accurate support document of payable invoice according to policy and regulation
  Prepare receipt voucher and reconcile with bank statement to ensure all collection has been recorded
  Follow up overdue collection from customer
  Prepare & submit timely PND form & PP form and reconcile to G/L
  Ensure all transactions have been recorded into system for monthend closing
  Balance sheet reconciliation
  Document control & filing
