• Job Description

  - To Support of Financial & Accounting Department in ensuring smooth and efficient running of company.
  - Issue Sales report: Consolidate and reconcile Sales report.
  - Inventory report: Consolidate and reconcile Inventory report
  - To assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliation and preparation of Cost, Balance Sheets and P&L statements.
  - To assist Analysis and reconciliations of bank movements, customer receipts and vendor payments.
  - Cash Flow & Forecast preparation & reporting as well as to ensure the timely and Accurate reporting of data.
  - Process month and mid and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
  - Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  - To coordinate and complete annual audits.
  - Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  - To ensure accounting finance compliance and accuracy.
  - Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets and company Fund.
  - Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
