    • Develop, implement and maintain Human Resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
    • Leadership, training and coaching of the Human Resource team incl. mentoring of direct reports and provide coaching to help them reach their potential.
    • Evaluate, improve, implement and manage the company KPIs, compensation, incentive program, benefits, allowance and relevant.
    • Develop and manage effective communications between employees and the employer.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male or Female age 30-45 years old.
    -Bachelor degree in any related file.
    -More than 7 year's work experience in HR at FMCG, retail industry.
    -Good command in English.
    -Ability to work independently, under pressure, tight deadlines and pro-active in solving problems.
