    *To manage daily operation of the stores to ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service
    *To manage brands
    *To plan and manage the department’s P&L
    *To collaborate with Advertising & Promotion Division to conduct marketing activities to maximize brand’s sales and boost brand’s image
    *Staff management & customer service
    *Compliance management
    *To undertake any other activities required of the post holder by the Company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Male or Female age 30-40 Years old with Thai nationality
    *Bachelor Degree or over in Business management in relate fields
    *At least 7 years experiences in Sales Planning or Retail Operations
    *Experience in Retail Business will be an advantage
    *Skills & Expertise
    *Good in English communicating skills
    *Proficient in MS Office application (especially Microsoft Excel)
    *Competencies, Good interpersonal skills
    *Able to work both independently while owning strong teamwork spirit
    *Hard working, reliable and strong management ability
