  • Job Description

    ⌂ System analysis work (check error, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol).
    ⌂ User support (1st line investigate and trouble shooting inquires and request from customer, escalate to proper parties if necessary). ⌂ Create analysis document for the customer and management.
    ⌂ Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customer, internal team, other div. etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female (Thai nationality)
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer or related fields such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer or related fields. 
    - Experience with service desk business field will be advantage.
    - Experience with IT business field will be advantage.
    - Experience with IInformation Security business field will be advantage.
    - Good command of English and Japanese skill.
    - Upper Japanese N3 level, Toeic 650 above or Similar level
