  • Job Description

    - Responsible for the development of existing and new products
    - Provide product training for dealers and sales staffs
    - Conduct and supervise training in accordance with business needs
    - Work on products in order to support Sales & Marketing Department
    - Analyze the strength and weakness in order to establish sales points of company's products
    - Analyze the performance of products, competitors’ movement, product survey, market trends and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in a relevant field
    - Work experience in conducting market survey of tractors is an advantage
    - Good knowledge of agricultural machinery, especially farming tractors
    - Skills in the management and development of products
    - Skills in conducting training or seminars
    - Ability to drive and understand basic mechanical issues (ability to repair is a PLUS)
    - Ability to communicate in English
    - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    - Willingness to travel for business trips
