Job Description
-A dynamic International freight forwarding company seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager who is confidence to lead the operations team and station in Leamchabang,Chonburi.
-The successful candidate will be responsible for the branch performance on an operational level with growth goals for the East region of the company.
-Responsibilities will include Sales, sales target, personnel management, office operations over-site and warehouse alignment, station P&L, and training.
-The candidate will report directly to senior management and will be accountable for 10 employees at the station.
-Experience in Air, Ocean, Import/Export, Brokerage, and FTL/LTL as well as previous leadership/management experience will be essential to
Qualifications
Requirement
-Male or female
-own a car and driving license.
-Previous management experience with a third party logistics or freight forwarding company
-Diverse transportation background including Air, Ocean, Import, Export, LCL/FCL, Brokerage FTL/LTL
-Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
Demonstrated business development and territory management skills
3-5 years industry experience in a Management position
Leadership in operations management with the ability to improve sales
Manage, train and motivate personnel
Working knowledge of the Western regional market
Excellent communication skillsEnglish Level
Level 5 - Beginner Level
