Job Description
- Promote the sales of lubricants by visiting customers regularly throughout the assigned industry/territory
- Recommend new products where applicable
- Maintain and expand customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities
- Ensure that sales, collections, and gross margin targets are achieved
- Provide technical assistance and arrange successful field trials for various customer applications
- Maintain competitive information on price, sales volume and market share as well as competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customers
- Forecast sales immediately to senior staff to ensure availability of stocks
- Preparation of proposals for offers
- Develop Key Account Management plan and activities (approved by Division Manager) and take the ownership
- Update and monitor price list and ensure pricing is strictly within the approved guidelines
- Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date through effective record keeping and organization
- Dealing with customers and FUCHS management/staff on all related subjects
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-35
- Bachelor's Degree with technical focus/background in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Experience (3 years) in sales representative positions in key industry (food and chemical, lubricants, machine tools, automotive) coupled with good sales and marketing expertise at a global company
- Experienced as representative with background in lubricants
- Experience in the sales of demanding products which are not self-explanatory
- Good writing and verbal communication in English
- Good skills in data processing (MS Office)
- Having project management skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Presentation and negotiating abilities
- Self-motivated (proactive/self-starting)
- Excellent team player with mature leadership
- Strong service, consulting, and customer orientation
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective time management
- Able to work independently under pressure and stretched targets
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with strategic initiative
