  - Established master plan
  - Analysis and solve problem in section
  - Co-operate with concern section to solve problem
  - Control finished goods,raw materials and WIP stock level
  - Follow up closely shipment schedule to meet customer requirement
  - Provid and review working standard
  - Review and follow up KPI to meet target
  - Manager production plan to fulfill current or forcasted order part and products
  - Manager finished products , work in process ,raw material stock level
  - Directs storags and distribution activites of the company
  - Monitor products ,part or suppliers are shipped ,distributed , or received in and efficient manner
  - Evaluates and sovle problem
  - Develops department policy and procedure
  - Provid training and coaching staffs in section
  - Practices follow company policy and activities ,ISO/TS16949,ISO 14001 ,SGA , 5S.,etc.
