    • Develop project plans, including realistic timelines, budgets, resources, risk assessment and contingency planning with project teams.
    • Develop the program of work and strategy.
    • Manage raw materials, packaging, manpower and costing issues
    • Monitor and manage issues of QA/QC, ISO, EHS etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related filed
    • Experience in Plastic industrial over 15 years/ manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with budgeting, resource loading and assembling cross functional teams
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good command in English
    • Communicating with a range of people including the subcontractors, suppliers.
    • Strong analytical and communicative skills
