    *Direct and control the payroll activities of all the company staff.
    *Set up fair and adequate compensation and benefits for all employee.
    *Create activity for good working environment for the employees and improve their quality of work life.
    *Control the human resources function to go along with the plan.
    *Take responsibilities in recruitment process in Bangkok.
    *Evaluate staff probation.
    *Any other tasks assigned by President and Vice President.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Female, 27~years old
    *Have a related work experience in Japanese company for more than 5 years.
    *English Business level
    *Able to use a software "Business Plus"
    *Able to work at Bangpoo Industrial Estate until mid September, and work at MRT Sala Daeng after September.
