    -To control employee for working under work instruction.
    -Report daily defect to painting manager by directly.
    -To control the painting process.
    -To conclude defect rate report and material stock by monthly.
    -Create working standard and training to employee.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Male/female 26-35 years old.
    *Bachelor’s in Science of Polymer, Engineering or related field.
    *At least 5 years’ experience in painting process.
    *At least 2 years’ experience in Painting Supervisor.
    *Good management, analytical skill, problem solving and leadership.
    *Knowledge of TS 16949
