  • Job Description

    - Issue service tasks and part sales to the production of fabricated parts
    - Conduct daily communication and follow up with customers regarding quotations, PO and delivery schedule
    - Follow up on the part sales tasks in the production line, communicate with customers, and prepare the shipment of part sales to customers
    - Handle promotional activities, i.e. emails, over-the-counter, etc.
    - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and details of actions taken, multi-tasking all areas of responsibilities as defined by management executives
    - Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments
    - Responsible for debt collection for service and part, warranty coordinator, VISA, passports, hotel booking for all employees, etc.
    - Work on projects assigned by superior executives (such as providing support report to finance, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Marketing, MBA or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 2-3 years, in a manufacturing company
    - Work experience in using ERP system is an advantage
    - Work experience in customer service is an advantage
    - Good command of English is a must
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Ability to work smoothly with all concerned parties externally and internally
    - Having a service mind and good interpersonal relations
    - Willingness to work hard and under pressure
    - Salary depends upon experience, skills, and educational background
