  • Job Description

    - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (domain, server, emails, network, application, etc.)
    - Proactively monitor system health, security, and performance
    - Troubleshoot and solve problems of the infrastructure level
    - Support back office system and administration
    - Support user requests related to data and report issues

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 28-34
    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field
    - Minimum 5 years' experience in Hardware (PCs, Server, etc.), network and maintenance/operation (i.e. troubleshooting, configuration change, Window 2008R2, 2012, 7, 8, 10 VMWare etc.)
    - Good command of English
    - Service-minded and good interpersonal skill
    - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
