  • Job Description

    - Study customer requirements and communicate to all concerned persons
    - Act as Customer's Representative
    - Provide and submit all documents that customers need such as PPAP and others
    - Respond to customer claims/complaints and follow up countermeasures in plant
    - Communicate and share all information that is concerned with plant and sales
    - Follow up and update result of each stage milestone program
    - Issue plan for inspection data of is program
    - Collect and check all testing data before submitting to customer
    - Update customer recent requirements
    - Plan the audit and verify action in case of claims/complaints
    - Support and handle each customer audit
    - Collect and summarise all customer claims/complaints
    - Support system management/conformance/evaluation
    - Support external audit

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or in related field
    - Minimum 3 years' experience in Automotive, Quality Assurance and/or Supplier Management
    - Minimum 3 years' experience for O.E.M. customer(s)
    - Chinese Mandarin/English will be an advantage
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Knowledge and Skills;
    • ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 Requirements
    • Quality Management/Quality Assurance System/5 Core Tools
    • OEM customer requirement
    • Able to read drawing and understand full layout drawing
    • PPAP package
    • APQP team
