    - Carry on assigned civil and criminal lawsuits
    - Occasionally visit overdue customers for collection of overdue receivables
    - Handle other assigned administrative works such as preparation of POAs and warning letter
    - Maintain accurate record of customers payment status and send reports to management
    - Other related tasks upon assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
    - More than 2-3 years' experience in Litigation or Collection field
    - Previous working experience in Finance or Leasing company will be an advantage
    - Lawyer License is a must
    - Excellent communication skills, good negotiation skill, telephone manner, technique and interpersonal skills
    - Good command of English
    - Travelling to the upcountry is required
    - Able to drive and having Driver's License
