  • Job Description

    • Arrange and follow up repair & warranty job for closure of issue
    • To fulfill the plan on schedule and ensure good quality, delivery, and cost
    • Set meeting for root cause investigation and determine action for long term improvement.
    • Handle and manage customer enquiries, complaints, troubleshooting and/or technical information
    • Manage spare part to support service department.
    • Coordinate with internal team for serving all customer requirements and expectations.
    • Contact with customers regarding daily issues. And prepare necessary information to customers per their requests.
    • Responsible for Manpower management
    • Develop and ensure training of the employees in the Service Department.
    • Arrange work procedure to ensure that good quality control and prevent repair defect or human error
    • Manage and develop team competencies.
    • Provide effective leadership and engage in improving employee communications.
    • Provide necessary tool, equipment and facility for service department
    • Prepare service plan both on short and long term perspective
    • Drive and continuously improve service operation KPls achievement, e.g. Utilization, Efficiency, Productivity, Cost control, etc.
    • Develop and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Maintainance, Machanical Engineer
    • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in workshop management
    • Proven record of higher standard performance in business, people and customer
    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving, result-oriented and customer focus.
    • Strong people management, people development and team building.
    • Good command in English and Thai.
    • *Salary will depend upon experience and education
