  • Job Description

    - Handle incoming, in-process, before-and-after delivery parts (measurement planning)
    - Handled non-conformity parts
    - Issue NCR internally and externally and follow up to solve problems
    - Summarize information about NG defects for suppliers and internal department (monthly report)
    - Solve all quality problems, analyze, and take corrective actions
    - Supervise and train subordinate officers in terms of knowledge and techniques (leader and operator)
    - Contact suppliers in case of problem
    - Report on all problem sand results during operation to manager
    - Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, 27 - 37 years old
    - Bachelor Degree Major in Engineer : Mechanical, Metallurgic, Manufacturing.
    - At least 3 years of prior experience Quality Engineer in automotive parts or similar roles background as Quality Engineer.
    - Be familiar with quality systems and management tools, modules such as IATF16949, ISO9001 (PFMEA, Control plan, SPC charts, PPAP, etc.)
    - Good communication skills.
    - Good command over English (written/oral).
    - Responsible and Reliable to get the work done.
    - Strong analytical and problem solving skills (NCR, 8D, RCA, 5 Way Analysis, 7 QC tools).
    - Strong project management skills.
    - Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
    - Development, application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products.
    - Ability to comprehend and interpret engineering drawings, GD & T, quality systems requirements and customer specifications.
    - Having knowledge in Tools e.g. CNC, CMM, Surface, Contour, Caliper Vernier and Micrometer.
