Job Description
- Manage the overall process of HRM functions including manpower planning, direct manpower recruiting, legal compliance, employee relations and communication, payroll operation, etc. to ensure all process implementation is effective
- Establish and maintain HR policies and procedure as well as maintain internal rules and regulations
- Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs
- Control and prepare the budget for human resources management operations
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 38-45
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Work experience, minimum 7 years, HR management level
- Proficient in English and computer literacy
- High analytical with problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Enjoy working under pressure with limited lead-timeEnglish Level
