[About Company]Japanese trading company[About this position]This position requires the candidate to manage the Asoke and Sriracha branches while conducting own sales.[Job summary]1, Staff management- Provide support in managing the activities of the entire sales staff based on the instructions of the supervisor- Understands company and supervisor policies and disseminates them to local staff and manages and supports the implementation progress2, Customers in charge- Route sales (problem interviews, introduction of products and services, quotations, orders, etc)- Developing new customers (contact with the person in charge, exchange of information, identification of issues, product proposals, opening accounts, etc)- Provide support on behalf of suppliers, from primary response to various defects to delivery management of orders.3, Suppliers- Suppliers to promote collaborative activities with suppliers who deal with us as agents, we visit them together, hold study sessions and product briefings, collaborate in organizing accompanying visits, study meetings, product briefings, exhibitions, etc., in order to promote collaborative activities with suppliers.- Organize regular information exchange meetings, share sales expansion issues, etc. and formulate countermeasures.- Strengthen relationships through regular exchanges.
