  • Job Description

    o Design learning programs according to the objectives from management and learning needs from the customer-based requirements.
    o Coordinates, delivers and evaluates learning solutions of all types including computer-based, classroom and virtual.
    o Serves as internal project lead on the development and/or implementation of learning solutions.
    o Provides consulting, coaching and support to business partners and management on various training-related projects, programs, performance needs and development plans.
    o Supports the development of training materials

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Four or more years of successful experience in designing and delivering learning programs including developing learning materials.

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    Thai, English
