• Job Description

  - Responsible for procurement and logistics functions (our products are electronic products and copper products, but not limited to these products)
  - Handle customer’s orders as scheduled and coordinate with (and negotiate) suppliers and customers for RFQ and quotations
  - Cross-check details of customer’s orders to match with sales conditions and ask in case of revision when needed
  - Issue purchase orders (P.O.), product forecast and delivery schedule to supplier as per customer’s requirements
  - Collect and submit accounting documents, support customer’s requirements as requested, and generate and prepare internal monthly reports
  - Coordinate with related parties (supplier, internal unit, and external service providers) to follow up shipment schedule and ensure on-time transaction and delivery
  - Follow up shipment schedule from suppliers, and monitor shipment transactions
  - Cross-check import and export shipping documents from suppliers and service providers, and dispatch to all related parties
  - Negotiate with service providers for efficiency transaction and fees, and check all related documents
  - Perform purchasing, proceed sales orders and issue sales invoices, debit-credit note in internal system
