Job Description - Maintain and nurture our existing accounts on strategic lanes
- Develop and share new target accounts between JP and TH.
- Support the NSM with products, tariffs and market intelligence that lead to success
- Responsible for overall volumes from / to the two countries, (All Products)
- Set up targets of growth agreed by both countries, develop solutions to the customers.
- Create Japanese customer relationships.
- Plan appropriate customer relationship strategies.
- Corporate between operation and products end.
- Reporting as per the client Global Sales Process.
- Engaged with Financial department for AR control and collection
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- At least 6 years experience in Logistics and functional experience in air / ocean / logistics / SCM and client related IT solutions.
- Experience in working within Japanese business enterprise
- Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market environment
- Demonstrating sales and account management capabilities
- Possessing commercial and business acumen with very good sales result oriented mind
- At least 3 years of comprehensive regional market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall economic environment)
- Good understanding of air and ocean business and experience is required.
- Ability to create positive relationships within the organization in both Thailand and Japan
