  • Job Description

    - Internal receiving info from customer service, shipping particular from shipper for B/L processing.
    - Check cargoes quantity loading from shipper, carrier for B/L issuance purpose
    - Ship particular issuance for carrier to process the Master (Air) B/L
    - Document Filing
    - Others as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, age 22- 30 years
    - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
    - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Air freight Customer Service & Operation
    - Knowledgeable in customs clearance is an advantage.
    - Able to work independently and under high expectation driven by client & market’s demand.
    - Good team player / Excellent Service-mind / High responsibility & accountability / Positive Attitude
    - Flexibility / Reasonably Fast Learner.
    - Able to transfer knowledge to propose alternative solution & process for any challenge/difficulty.
