  • Job Description

    - Issue P.O. to suppliers and record P.O. information in internal Excel files
    - Control delivery schedule & negotiate with local suppliers to complete delivery for customers
    - Summarise and update report of Sales & Purchase Record to General Manager
    - Contact forwarders to handle documentation smoothly (Export Entry, B/L, C/O)
    - Check P/L from suppliers & prepare final P/L + INV for each export delivery
    - Send delivery documents to customers & follow up on their requirements
    - Follow up on sales team to meet customer's requirements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 25-33
    - Working experience & knowledge in Export/Import field
    - Have a basic/good command of English
    - Good command of Japanese (N3) & PC skill (Microsoft Office)
    - Experience in Transportation/Logistic field is preferable
    - Experience in working for Japanese company is much welcome
    - Able to build good relationship with others
    - Eager to learn, well-organised, open-minded and mature person
    - Someone who can start working immediately is appreciated
