  • Job Description

    - Ensure that pre-opening tasks force operation is on the right track and in completion on time according to timeline management by closely working with HQ team
    - Motivate the hotel team to deliver service standards by running the hotel in accordance with the standard operating procedures, policies, corporate as set by company
    - Drive the sales and marketing strategies according to HQ's standards
    - Meet budgets, P&L and exceed the revenue targets
    - Liaise closely with the sales and revenue to ensure the right track of business as well as with operation team in the HQ to maintain the service standard and guest satisfaction
    - Oversee the daily activities on hotel property including front desk operation, reservation, customer services, cafe operation, housekeeping operation as well as property maintenance and appearances
    - Respond to emergencies, challenges and complaints
    - Draw up plans, participate in budget concepts (revenues, costs, etc.) and develop improvement actions to carry out cost savings
    - Coordinate in planning hotel management regarding operation, timetables, and work schedules, employment of employees

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-38
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hotel Management or equivalent field
    - More than 5 years' experience in Hotel Operations
    - Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
    - Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    - Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia
